Here’s My Own Personal Story on How I Broke Through…

During my early to mid-30’s I felt stuck, inconsistent and tired of making empty promises to myself about the future;  I then had a near death experience and a turning point.

I stood at a bridge on a frigid night in February of 2011 in Northwest Indiana.  I was ready to end my life.  Seriously.  I couldn’t figure out what I was here for after having a ugly disagreement with my wife.

My life which was once filled with hope, ambition and fire was now a smoldering heap of untapped potential, despair, shame and “wish-I-would’ve’s”.

Cutting a long story short, I ended up leaving my family and cutting off the world on a snowy-blizzardry night.  That night I walked 2 – 3 miles in 8″- 12″ of snow to check myself into a hotel, locked myself in and shut the world out.

I spent 3 days and nights with no contact with the outside world – No phone contact. No Internet Access. No food. No water.  And I faced my demons.  3 days later… a shift occurred.  And the first principles of the 24 Hour Blueprint were born.  And I created a lifestyle design system that not only worked for me but also worked for students and professionals from all over the world.  Applying the principles of this book, I’ve traveled the world, lectured at universities and developed consulting projects and clients.
