As always a song came into my mind today that I had to share about. And it was “Love is Stronger than Pride.” If you’re a Sade fan, you are already humming the tune or trying to figure out how it goes by singing it in your imaginary voice. Yup. You just did it – didn’t you? So, I started hearing it and added it to the What’s He Listening To Now playlist.
If you don’t know Sade, I forgive you. And after picking myself up from the floor from the shock, I’ll have you read a little Wiki blurb on her. Some of it is shared below. Now, one of the insights I got today was that Sade, although it’s her name was also given to the group. So,there you have it. A little Sade mystery solved. But there’s another mystery below.
Sade are an English band formed in London in 1982. Three of their members were originally from Kingston upon Hull in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Sade Adu is the lead singer of the eponymous band. Source: Wikipedia
The Sade Mystery that Started It All…
Now here’s the mystery that got it all started…
After listening to Love it Stronger that Pride today, I just had to ask this:
Can someone explain to me why you can hear a Sade song after not listening to her for a while and it sounds like it’s the first time you’re hearing it?
If you have answer an comment below. I’m curious about your answer.
Contrary to one of her other songs themes – her tunes are always as good as the first time.
Sade if you’re reading this – I got a ring for you when you’re ready.
