But not necessarily the same way that you’ve been trained and conditioned to believe in them. So, if you don’t have fitness goals, what do you do? I know you want to know… Yes. That’s actually me in the picture. Not very impressive honestly. And the reason why I say that is because I can barely do 3 sets at five reps of that exercise before I need to stop. No. I’m not an Olympic athlete trying to get his swagger back. I’m just aware of this: If I don’t like what I see in the mirror, I need to go to the gym or the park and do something about it and I’m ok with struggling at first. Enjoy the podcast.
